OptiLIGHT is the first and only FDA-approved intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment for dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Gentle pulses of light are applied to the skin around your eyes to reduce inflammation, improve meibomian gland function, and restore a healthier tear film. Most patients see improvement after a series of four sessions.
